Safer Aesthetics main goal is to provide safer, evidenced-based aesthetics training to medical professionals.
Safer aesthetics gained VTCT regulation in july 2024 and now offers the level 7 in aesthetics.
We are a full team of nurse prescribers at safer aesthetics training and we hold level 7 in cosmetic medicine and level 3 in education and training awards and assessor qualifications so you know your training is of a high standard.
At Safer Aesthetics Training Ltd we strive to ensure all delegates gain the needed theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding relevant to their chosen course so they can successfully progress with their aesthetics career. We offer an outstanding program of learning for all of our students including a pre course learning package. We have our own prescribers list exclusive to our students.
We also have an incredible support group. we add you to this once you complete your training day.

Claire Amos
Safer aesthetics managing and clinical director
Claire Amos is the managing director of Safer Aesthetics training. Claire qualified as a registered general nurse in 2004. Claire is a non-medical prescriber and aesthetics nurse practitioner since 2010. Claire has her Pg dip in clinical aesthetics. Claire has been an aesthetics trainer since 2018, earning her level 3 award in education and training and her IQA level 4 award. Claire has worked hard to ensure the standards at Safer Aesthetics Training are as high as they can be. Claire gained VTCT approval to teach the diploma in clinical aesthetics in july 2024.
Claire has a successful, busy clinic (CLK Aesthetics) that undertakes thousands of aesthetic treatments a year.
Claire specializes in full-face rejuvenation and teaches the importance of a holistic full-face approach.
Claire is a CMAC (Complications in Medical Aesthetic Collaborative) and JCCP (Joint Council of Cosmetic Practitioners) member.
Claire has completed cadaver training, facial ultrasound training, and advanced aesthetics education. She keeps herself updated every few months by going on training with the leading pharmaceutical companies Merz, Allergan, and Teoxane.
Claire is passionate about patient care and teaching you safe, effective treatments.

Dr Becky Carter Thomas
Aesthetic doctor/level 7 Trainer/ V300 supervisor
Dr Becky Carter Thomas is a qualified Doctor who continues to practice as a GP two days a week. She qualified as a doctor over twenty years ago and has been undertaking medical aesthetics for more than 12 years. Dr. Becky brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to safer aesthetics. Dr Becky has completed her level 7 post-grad diploma in clinical aesthetics.
Dr Becky enjoys teaching medical students and our v300 students as well as now teaching on our courses. She believes strongly in the medical model of aesthetics and is looking forward to delivering excellent training.
Becky has a very gentle, understanding, and patient approach with her patients and students.

Joanna Roberts
Trainer/ assessor
Jo is a registered general nurse with more than 21 years of experience. Jo has been practicing aesthetics since 2013 and holds her prescribing qualification, her Pg diploma in clinical aesthetics, and is a qualified assessor. Jo runs her own successful clinic in west wales.
Jo is a member of NMC,BACN, CMAC.
Jo is highly experienced and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to safer aesthetics training.
Jo has a very kind, relaxing and has heaps of patience.

Alison Bassett
Trainer
Alison qualified as a nurse in 2008 and undertook her aesthetic training in 2011. Alison is an independent prescriber.
Alison is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in aesthetics she offers many treatments in her own clinic such as full-face rejuvenation, skin care, PRP, cryo- pen, IV vitamins and all aspects of anti ageing. Alison has been training alongside clinical director Claire for 2 years. Alison is an excellent trainer with up to date knowledge so much patience and kindness!

Jemma Davies
Trainer
Jemma is a registered general nurse and has been working in the NHS for 18 years.
Jemma Has been working alongside clinical director claire for 4 years practicing aesthetics and has a passion for teaching.
Jemma is bubbly, helpful and kind and has a positive energy when teaching.
Jemma is working towards her pg Diploma in aesthetics and her teaching qualification.

Jessica Casey
Level 7 trainer
Qualified Nurse Diploma level 7 and non medical prescriber.
Jess runs her own successful clinic and has gained great knowledge and experience in clinical aesthetics.
Jess will be teaching dermal fillers and lip masterclass courses.
